Mettler Toledo: Product Inspection Capabilities

The company’s Product Inspection and Industrial Weighing divisions will present their 360^o Product Inspection capabilities. With new additions to its portfolio, Mettler Toledo can provide manufacturers with technologies for all of their product inspection needs - metal detection, checkweighing, x-ray and vision inspection - from one source.

Mettler Toledo will unveil at this year’s interpack ProdX, a data management connectivity software solution that integrates data collection for check weighing, metal detection and x-ray technologies. Built on four principles - safety, clarity, productivity and security - ProdX is a centralised software platform enabling real-time performance monitoring from multiple locations.

The company will also demonstrate its newest product line - CI-Vision, high-speed vision inspection systems, which provide total inspection of the finished label, print, closure and container to guarantee the optimal condition of the packaged product.
